Terms of use

1. The service

Koillishub is a marketplace operated by Noxisfin Oy where businesses in Koillismaa present their services and customers can find and book them. Using the service is free for customers.

2. Koillishub as an intermediary

The contract for a service is made between the customer and the business providing it. Noxisfin Oy is not the seller of the service. The provider is responsible for the description, prices, availability and delivery of the service.

3. Business information

Businesses publish their services and details themselves. We check businesses before they are listed, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct. Please tell us if you notice incorrect or inappropriate content.

4. Your obligations

• Use the service lawfully and in good faith.
• Give correct contact details when booking.
• Do not collect the service's content automatically or disrupt its operation.

5. Intellectual property

Koillishub's design, software and trademarks belong to Noxisfin Oy. Texts and images published by businesses belong to the businesses or their licensors.

6. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by mandatory law. The provider is responsible for matters concerning the delivery of its service.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or bring an action in the district court of their place of residence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the service before they take effect.
