Withdraw from contract here

Here you can withdraw from the contract for a service you booked and paid for on Koillishub, using your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The booking number is in your booking confirmation.

Koillishub (Noxisfin Oy) forwards your notice to the service provider straight away and sends you an acknowledgement by email. The service provider handles the withdrawal and any refund.

Accommodation, safaris, excursions, experiences and other activity services, catering and transport booked for a specific date or time carry no 14-day right of withdrawal. For these, cancel the booking by contacting the service provider; the contact details are in your booking confirmation.
